Google launched its job searching feature for helping the job seekers. The google providing you this platform for the purpose of saving your time. This will show you the jobs from the multiple job sites after filtering your preferred platform.
About Google “Jobs near me” Feature
This search result page shows the jobs form all the online job provider platforms like LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Facebook and more.
This new feature is now available on desktop and mobiles, with just typing a statement for job search like “Jobs”, “Jobs near me” etc the google gives you the best filtered results. The google shows your a jobs widget which will give the job results in a broad range.
You can also refine your job results by including your preferred position of job. When you click the results for an specific job detail, Google will show you a glass-door where you can see the rating of that particular company.
Now the more filtered feature is you can search the job according to your preferred locations and designation.
“Finding a job is like dating,” Nick Zakrasek, Google’s product manager for this project, told “Each person has a unique set of preferences and it only takes one person to fill this job.”
Once you will get the job, Google will redirect you on that site for completing the application process of applying. “We hope this will act as an incentive for sites to share all the pertinent details in their listings for job seekers,” a Google spokesperson told.

The clear fact of Google is, they are not competing with the site of job provider like monster and all. Also not giving the companies a platform for posting jobs directly on google. Google is just making the job search process easy for all the job seekers.
Zakrasek said. “We want the players in the ecosystem to be more successful.”
Monster.com’s CTO Conal Thompson echoed this in a written statement about Google new features is:
“Google’s new job search product aligns with our core strategy and will allow candidates to explore jobs from across the web and refine search criteria to meet their unique needs,” he wrote.
“Yes, as with anything, there will be some challenges and adjustments to existing job posting sites; the biggest perhaps being for those that are currently driven by SEO.”
