Gmail inbox search commands –
In my Gmail inbox emails are comes like an unwanted flood.
And in this email flood of 400-500 emails, I hardly open 100 mails, which seems important for me.
Also, I think this is common for everyone. Right?
Among all the unread mails, We missed important one sometimes.
For searching the missed emails when need, I use some easy search tricks to made access to Gmail easy.
Let me tell you some of my favourite Gmail inbox search tricks-
If you want to find some of your old mails, so here some easy search trick in my bin for you. Also, your search depends on the type of messages you want to search.
1) Unread and important emails
Find really important mail even not opened by you yet.
For that write the command on your search box – is:important is:unread
2) Find old Emails
Looking the mail which is really old.
For that write the command on your search box – before: 2016/03/02 or the date you want to enter.
3) Hangout messages
Looking a message received through the hangout.
For that write the command with the relevant commands on your search box – in:chats
This command narrow your search results.
4) Emails with attachment
If you want to find the email that has the attachment.
For that write the command on your search box – has: attachment
